Kryven AI Acceptable Use Policy

Kryven AI operates a developer infrastructure platform and AI assistant under a published, machine-enforced content moderation framework. The categories below are prohibited absolutely. Violations result in account termination without refund and, where required by law, referral to the appropriate authorities.

No Media Generation

Kryven does not offer image or video generation in any form. All text-to-image, image-to-image, and image-to-video generation has been permanently disabled and retired across every surface (web assistant and API). The entire media-generation pipeline has been removed from the product. Any form of image and video generation is prohibited on Kryven.

Prohibited Content Categories

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Sexual content involving anyone under 18, realistic or fictional, illustrated or photographic. Reported to NCMEC where required by U.S. federal law.
• Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Weapons. Synthesis, weaponization, or acquisition pathways for CBRN agents, including scheduled pathogens, nerve agents, blister agents, and radiological dispersal device construction.
• Firearm Manufacturing. Functional firearm manufacturing instructions, including untraceable builds (ghost guns) and full-auto conversion procedures.
• Explosive Devices. Construction, detonation engineering, or deployment instructions for improvised explosive devices.
• Non-Consensual Deepfakes. Sexualized imagery of real, identifiable people without their explicit consent. This includes celebrity deepfakes and former-partner content.
• Self-Harm and Suicide Planning. Step-by-step method planning, lethal-dose calculations, or means-procurement guidance.
• Targeted Homicide Planning. Step-by-step planning targeting an identified real person, including reconnaissance, weapon selection, or evasion-of-detection guidance.
• Doxxing, Harassment, Fraud, Malware, and Human Trafficking. Doxxing of private individuals, organized harassment campaigns, payment fraud, malware development or distribution, and any content facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation.

Technical Controls

• Prompt-injection detection and restricted-topic screening run server-side on every chat and API request.
• Provider-level safety thresholds apply at the model layer for all routed traffic.
• Image and video generation are fully retired. Because Kryven no longer offers any text-to-image, image-to-image, or image-to-video generation, the deepfake/nudification attack surface has been eliminated at the architectural level — there is no media-generation pathway to abuse.
• Strict 18+ age gate enforced at signup and at session resumption.
• Document upload size and content screening with two-hour auto-purge of uploaded files.

Operational Maturity

• Legal stack: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement last updated April 28, 2026.
• GDPR posture: processing on Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interest basis, with 72-hour breach notification SLA under the DPA.
• Data handling: conversation data stored client-side in browser, not retained on Kryven servers; no sale to data brokers; opt-in training only.
• Payment processors: Stripe (cards), NOWPayments (cryptocurrency). Kryven never stores card numbers.

Abuse Reporting and Law Enforcement Contact

Reports of policy violations, law-enforcement requests, and trust-and-safety correspondence are received at [email protected]. Mandatory CSAM reports to NCMEC are filed within the statutory window.

Research and Documentation

The architectural and evaluation methodology research underlying Kryven's infrastructure is published openly at Kryven Research. Selected work includes pre-registered evaluation methodology, hardware-bounded capability assessment, and a catalog of architectural constraints derived from observed failure modes.
